Transfers between Regions/Divisions/Subdivisions are not handled by Membership; they are handled by the Regions/Divisions/Subdivisions.

If you want to change Divisions inside the Region that you are already in, the Division that you are attempting to transfer into would be able to provide the best assistance.

If you want to change Subdivisions inside the Division that you are already in, the Subdivision that you are attempting to transfer into would be able to provide the best assistance.

Suggest you review the appropriate website for the facility you wish to transfer INTO for transfer guidance.  If the information on the associated website is unclear or does not guide you to a solution, suggest you contact the Region/Division/Subdivision staff for further assistance.

Remember, Regions are large parts of the Earth. VATSIM currently has 3 (Americas; Asia Pacific; Europe, Middle East and Africa). Divisions are smaller, and typically cover one or a small number of countries (e.g. United States Division, UK Division, South Africa Division, etc.)
