We operate with a network of distributed servers, so it can take several hours (up to 24, but usually much less) for new/updated membership information and credentials to be passed to all servers, including the voice server, which is a separate server from the flight servers.

You should connect to the network using your account within 24 to 48 hours so the system sees that you are active.

If after 24 hours you encounter any additional issues, please open a ticket and explain what issues you encountered. We will be glad to assist.
