Supervisor applications are a lengthy process due to the the number of applications we receive and level of trust we must have in our Supervisors. It is not uncommon for applications to be pending for approximately 12 months.

Application Process:

1. Complete & submit a Supervisor Application
2. Identified references submit their recommendations
3. Application is reviewed, if accepted moves into the pool of accepted applicants
   1. Note: You have not been selected to begin training at this point
4. Upon need for additional supervisors, applicants are selected from the pool
   1. Selections are generally based on time of entry into the pool, however selections may also consider specific skillsets to further advance the team skillset
5. Acceptances are sent to the Board of Governors for review and approval
6. Applicants are notified that they have been accepted as Supervisor Candidates and are offered a spot on the team to begin training
